We ship New Zealand-wide using Post Haste Couriers.
Many of our products are made to order in our Christchurch workshop and typically take around 10 working days to manufacture before dispatch. Some items are held in stock and may be available sooner.
Because many of our products are large, heavy or irregularly shaped, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and generally range from $10 to $40.
If you’re working to a deadline, would like to check whether an item is currently in stock, or have any questions before ordering, please get in touch before placing your order. We’re always happy to confirm current availability, estimated production times and delivery expectations.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Returns
As many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or no longer requiring the item.
Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, dimensions, finishes or suitability, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing. We’re always happy to help.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, there is a manufacturing fault, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery, so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
To help us assess the problem quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
